How to buy After choosing the proper event, select numbered
or not numbered seats. Next, form for with contact information, personal
data, passwords, email and phone number.
The phone number allows for immediate notification as to the changes in
the particular event.
E-mail address is obligatory. After purchasing, the system sends a purchase
confirmation to the e-mail address.
If there is no notification after having purchased the tickets in the buyer's
mailbox, the e-mail address may be incorrect or other error may have occurred
during the realization of the transaction. One must contact the office immediately
at rezerwacja@bilecik.info. Please specify the details of the transaction.
For the selected events, one must choose the shipping option and give the
address to which the tickets are to be delivered.
After completed the credit/debit card payment process, the user will return
to the portal from the eCard payment authorization system. Now, one must
print the virtual online ticket. The printout, together with the safety
measures, is the basis on which one is handed out the original tickets in
the box office of the event organizer unless stated otherwise.
In case of not having credit/debit card, the Bilecik.info system accepts
wire transfers

Methods of payment The Bilecik.info service accepts credit/debit
card payments as well as wire transfers.
The tickets paid for by a wire transfer will be sent after the total amount
has come into our bank account. Please consider a few day's delay in the
delivery of the tickets.
If the tickets are to be collected at the event site, bilecik.info system
will send to the given e-mail address a purchase confirmation that allows
for printing the virtual online ticket.
Prices/Costs of shipping The
ticket prices include pre-sale commission, shipping cost, receipt and VAT.
Additional costs shall be added according to the chosen delivery option.
Nation-wide orders are charged as priority mail or the courier mail, depending
on the buyer's choice. Foreign shipping is charged according to the Pocztex
Polska tariff.
Delivery The tickets are delivered in registered
priority letters, usually 1- 2 working days after sending.
If the tickets are paid for by a wire transfer, they will be sent after
the total amount has come into our bank account.
If the event organizer allows for collecting the tickets at the site of
the event, it shall be specified in the detail section of each event.
Confidentiality of transaction All
personal data, addresses or information about credit/debit cards are secured
by the SSL 128-bit encryption protocol and are used only for the payment
operation.
Ticket returns If
the purchase realized in the service allows for collecting the tickets at
the event site, the return of the purchased tickets takes place after deducting
operating costs of the return depending on the time remaining until the
event.
If the time remaining is more than 7 days, the amount deducted is 30 pln
from the total of the transaction.
If the time remaining is less than 7 days, the amount deducted is 60 pln
from the total of the transaction.
If the tickets are already sent to the buyer, the return shall be realized
after deducting pre-sale, shipping and return transfer costs. In order to
receive the return, one must return the tickets, if the sending option had
been selected.
Cancellation of Events The
tickets may be returned in case of cancellation of the event or changes
in the date or place of the event, unless the organizer provides other solution.
In such circumstances, please return the original tickets to Bilecik.info
immediately, but not later than 14 days after the official cancellation
of the event. We shall refund the payment after deducting the pre-sales
commission, shipping cost and return transfers.
We refund only the tickets ordered online at our website.
We do not refund for lost tickets and those bought at other outlets.
Organizers Unless stated clearly, Bilecik.info is only
an agent in the sales of the tickets or other services offered by the organizers
or other third parties. The tickets and other services are offered and sold
on behalf of and on the order of the organizers or other third parties.
The sole responsibility of the organizer or the third party is to ensure
proper standards of an event or service they offer and / or is sold via
Bilecik.info. Upon purchasing the ticket for an event or a service, a contract
is entered into between the buyer and the organizer and/or the third party.
In case of the contract, entered into with the assistance of Bilecik.info,
not being fully carried out (e.g. the organizer sells incorrect numbered
seats), Bilecik.info shall provide on the buyer's request, full address
information unless there are none.
Sale Contract The
buyer fulfils his or her duties of the contract by filling in the address
form and providing all necessary data, which allow the payment process to
be carried out, and in case of payments by wire transfers, by providing
a bank duplicate, which confirms that the amount was paid on a given day.
Bilecik.info confirms the transaction payments by sending an e-mail message
with all details necessary for a virtual online ticket to be generated.
Prices and commissions The prices of the tickets offered online by
Bilecik.info include pre-sales commissions, additional charges and VAT.
Additionally, every order is added the shipping cost in a specified amount.
The buyer may select different delivery option, costs of which are shown
in the order forms. Bilecik.info stipulates that the sale contract can be
cancelled when the prices of the tickets offered by the organizer are evidently
erroneous.
Payment by wire transfer If the buyer does not have a credit/debit
card accepted by the eCard authorization system, the purchase may be made
by transferring the amount to our bank account.
The procedure is not automatic, so the following data must be sent to us
vie e-mail :
-Date of the event
-The name of the organizer
-Row / seat(s)
-Name, Surname
-Contact phone number
-E-mail to which to send the purchase confirmation
-Password for these specific tickets
-Type of Bank*
-Address to which to send the tickets(delivery option)
E- Electronic account Inteligo, Mbank, Multibank, Other
K- Classical Branch of a Bank and payment made at the Branch of the Bank
P- Money order
(*Please put in the letter from the legend. It helps to estimate the time
of the realization of the transfer.)
-After receiving all the data, we unlock the specified tickets for the buyer
until the realization of the wire transfer * we also send the details for
the payment of the particular purchase.
After receiving the wire transfer:
-we send the buyer a link that allows printing the virtual online ticket
that includes all the data necessary to receive the original ticket at the
box office at event site or we send the ticket to the specified address
for purchases with the delivery option.
After printing the virtual online ticket from the website, the original
ticket ought to be collected from the box office of the organizer but not
sooner than on the day of the event.
The details of each event include information as to how to collect the ticket
and what are the organizer's rules of selling online tickets.
Please remember to write down the password for the particular purchase on
the ticket. The virtual ticket without valid password is UNCONDITIONALY
invalid!!!
NOTE: * the wire transfer
payment procedure can be realized not later than 3-7 days prior to the event
!!! depending on the type of your bank account. Transfers from the Electronic
accounts Inteligo, Multibank,Mbank are realized almost instantly.
Liability The Bilecik.info service
cannot ensure that the information published by the organizers on the websites
of the portal or their websites is complete, correct and up-to-date. Bilecik.info
cannot ensure that the websites are faultless, reliable or that the use
of them or their parts, content, links will result in a specific effect.
The WebPages of Bilecik.info are offered in the condition that is available
during ordering. If Bilecik.info gets information as to the cancellation
of an event, the system will notify the respective buyers, if valid e-mail
addresses or mobile phone numbers are given during the process. Complaints
concerning fulfilling the terms of the contract can be referred only to
the organizers of the events.
The liability for the content of the original ticket is born solely by the
organizer of a given event. The client is obliged to verify the conformity
of the collected tickets (name of event, date, hour, price, quantity). Additional
remarks and complaints can be filed within three days following the delivery
via e-mail, fax or post.
