print the virtual online ticket. The printout, together with the safety
measures, is the basis on which one is handed out the original tickets in
the box office of the event organizer unless stated otherwise.

Methods of payment The Bilecik.info service accepts credit/debit
card payments as well as wire transfers.
The tickets paid for by a wire transfer will be sent after the total amount
has come into our bank account. Please consider a few day's delay in the
delivery of the tickets.
If the tickets are to be collected at the event site, bilecik.info system
will send to the given e-mail address a purchase confirmation that allows
for printing the virtual online ticket.
Prices/Costs of shipping The
ticket prices include pre-sale commission, shipping cost, receipt and VAT.
Additional costs shall be added according to the chosen delivery option.
Nation-wide orders are charged as priority mail or the courier mail, depending

Delivery The tickets are delivered in registered

If the tickets are paid for by a wire transfer, they will be sent after

the purchase realized in the service allows for collecting the tickets at
the event site, the return of the purchased tickets takes place after deducting
operating costs of the return depending on the time remaining until the

Cancellation of Events The
tickets may be returned in case of cancellation of the event or changes
in the date or place of the event, unless the organizer provides other solution.
In such circumstances, please return the original tickets to Bilecik.info
immediately, but not later than 14 days after the official cancellation
of the event. We shall refund the payment after deducting the pre-sales
commission, shipping cost and return transfers.
We refund only the tickets ordered online at our website.
We do not refund for lost tickets and those bought at other outlets.
Organizers Unless stated clearly, Bilecik.info is only
an agent in the sales of the tickets or other services offered by the organizers
or other third parties. The tickets and other services are offered and sold
on behalf of and on the order of the organizers or other third parties.
The sole responsibility of the organizer or the third party is to ensure
proper standards of an event or service they offer and / or is sold via
Bilecik.info. Upon purchasing the ticket for an event or a service, a contract
is entered into between the buyer and the organizer and/or the third party.
In case of the contract, entered into with the assistance of Bilecik.info,
not being fully carried out (e.g. the organizer sells incorrect numbered
seats), Bilecik.info shall provide on the buyer's request, full address
information unless there are none.
Sale Contract The
buyer fulfils his or her duties of the contract by filling in the address
form and providing all necessary data, which allow the payment process to
be carried out, and in case of payments by wire transfers, by providing
a bank duplicate, which confirms that the amount was paid on a given day.
Bilecik.info confirms the transaction payments by sending an e-mail message
with all details necessary for a virtual online ticket to be generated.
Prices and commissions The prices of the tickets offered online by
Bilecik.info include pre-sales commissions, additional charges and VAT.
Additionally, every order is added the shipping cost in a specified amount.
The buyer may select different delivery option, costs of which are shown
in the order forms. Bilecik.info stipulates that the sale contract can be
cancelled when the prices of the tickets offered by the organizer are evidently

After printing the virtual online ticket from the website, the original
ticket ought to be collected from the box office of the organizer but not
sooner than on the day of the event.

cannot ensure that the information published by the organizers on the websites
of the portal or their websites is complete, correct and up-to-date. Bilecik.info
cannot ensure that the websites are faultless, reliable or that the use
of them or their parts, content, links will result in a specific effect.
The WebPages of Bilecik.info are offered in the condition that is available
during ordering. If Bilecik.info gets information as to the cancellation
of an event, the system will notify the respective buyers, if valid e-mail
addresses or mobile phone numbers are given during the process. Complaints
concerning fulfilling the terms of the contract can be referred only to
the organizers of the events.
The liability for the content of the original ticket is born solely by the
organizer of a given event. The client is obliged to verify the conformity
of the collected tickets (name of event, date, hour, price, quantity). Additional
remarks and complaints can be filed within three days following the delivery
via e-mail, fax or post.
